The Florida Department of Children and Families uses the My Access website for the distribution of SNAP benefits and EBT card management. The Automated Community Connection to Economic Self Sufficiency (ACCESS) website provides Florida residents with the ability to determine program eligibility and apply for SNAP benefits online, as well as allowing existing recipients of benefits to manage their SNAP/EBT account online. The Access program helps to promote strong and economically self-sufficient communities by determining eligibility for food, cash and medical assistance for individuals and families working towards economic recovery. The system allows customers to connect with their public assistance and SNAP information 24/7. The program is managed on the local level by the Florida Department of Children and Families.
