Florida Food Stamps Income Limit Increase in October 2023

As part of the USDA’s annual cost-of-living adjustment (COLA), the income limits for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) also increase.

This means to qualify for food stamps in Florida, you must meet a new, increased income limit as of October 1, 2023.

To qualify for SNAP benefits, your gross monthly income must not be more than 130% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
